Romio Original Bot is a digital product delivered instantly after payment verification. Once the download has been unlocked and accessed, the sale is final.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or your payment could not be verified and no download was unlocked, contact support within 7 days for a full refund.

Technical issues

If the bot cannot be installed on your device, our support team will assist you first. If we cannot resolve the issue, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

How to request

Send your order reference and payment receipt to our WhatsApp support number or support email. Approved refunds are returned to the original Easypaisa account within 7 working days.
