When you purchase Romio Original Bot we collect your full name, mobile number, email address and the payment receipt image you upload. Nothing else is collected.

Receipts are stored in a private, encrypted bucket that is not publicly accessible. Only authorised administrators can view them, and download links are short-lived signed URLs.

Retention

Order records and receipts are retained for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion by emailing our support address.
